Create has partnered with art supply store London Graphic Centre to bring you the opportunity to win a goodie bag full of art supplies worth £100.

Please be aware that products included in the goodie bags may vary based on stock levels.

How to enter:

• Make sure you’re following @createcharity on Instagram.
• Like the giveaway post on our feed (Dated Tuesday 17 June 2025).
• Tag two friends in the comments.
• Share the post as a story and tag @createcharity
• Visit @londongraphiccentre on Instagram and following them too.

Deadline to enter: Midnight Monday 7 July 2025 (UK time).

Terms and conditions

The Create and London Graphic Centre Instagram competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram. All the information you are providing will be to Create and not to Instagram, who are not associated at all with the competition.

By entering the giveaway to win a selection of London Graphic Centre art supplies (the “Free Draw”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Entry requirements

1. Entry is open to residents of Great Britain, who are over the age of 18, except employees or contractors of Create. We reserve the right to require any participant to prove that he or she is eligible to participate in the Free Draw.

2. Multiple entries in the draw by commercial agents will not be accepted.

3. How to enter:

3.1. The Free Draw will open at 3pm on Tuesday 17 June 2025 and close at midnight on Monday 7 July 2025.

3.2. Entry to the Free Draw is free. No donation to Create is necessary to enter the Free Draw.

4.3. To enter the Free Draw you must:

4.3.1. Follow @createcharity on Instagram.

4.3.2. Enter before midnight on Monday 7 July 2025 (UK time).

4.3.3. Like the @createcharity Instagram post dated Tuesday 17 June 2025, share the post as a story, tag two friends in the comments and then follow @londongraphiccentre. To do this:

4.3.3.1. Open the Instagram app on your phone. If you do not have the Instagram app you can download it for free from Google Play or the App Store.

4.3.3.2. Go to @createcharity

4.3.3.3. Go to the @createcharity post dated Tuesday 17 June 2025.

4.3.3.4. Double click or click the heart to like the post and tag two friends in the comment section.

4.3.3.5. Click the share button under the graphic and select ‘Add to story’.

4.3.3.6. Go to London Graphic Centre’s Instagram account (@londongraphiccentre) and follow them.

4. Entries submitted by any other means will not be accepted. Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected. Multiple entries or entries that are made fraudulently will be disqualified.

5. How the winner will be chosen:

5.1. Five winner(s) of the Free Draw and five reserve(s) will be drawn at random within five working days from the closing date from all complete, eligible, properly submitted entries received before the closing date and time.

5.2. Winners will be notified within 3 working days of the winner selection being made via Instagram Direct Message from the @createcharity Instagram account. It is your sole responsibility to check your Instagram Direct Messages to see if you have won.

5.3. In the event that contact with the winner cannot be made within a further 5 working days or the winner is found not to meet the entry requirements, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to the reserve drawn at the same time as the original winner.

6. Prize on offer:

6.1. There are five prizes on offer: 1 London Graphic Centre goodie bag per winner containing a bundle of art supplies. Each goody bag will be worth approximately £100. Products may vary based on stock levels.

7. Liability

8. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.

9. Create reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Free Draw in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Free Draw is not capable of being conducted as specified within these Terms and Conditions or in the event of any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of Create that could affect the normal course of the Free Draw.

10. Neither the Create nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies is responsible for any losses, failures or delays caused by events beyond its or their control such as (but not limited to) the acts or defaults of any supplier selected by the Create to provide the prize that may lead to loss or damage of the prize in transit to the winner.

11. Save where it has been negligent, Create will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from participants’ entry into the Free Draw or their acceptance and/or use of the prize, or for technical or other difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit their ability to participate in the Free Draw. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall in any way limit Create’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be limited.

12. Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the Free Draw in a manner, which in Create’s reasonable determination is contrary to these terms and conditions or by its nature is unjust to other entrants may be rejected from the Free Draw at Create’s sole discretion. Furthermore, where such actions have significantly impaired the Free Draw, Create may, at its sole discretion, add further stages to the Free Draw as it deems reasonably necessary in order to resolve any problems arising as a result of such actions.

13. Publicity and Data Protection

13.1. Create will collect and process participants’ personal information in order to conduct the Free Draw and it will be shared with Create’s agents to the extent necessary for the Free Draw to be administered and the prize to be delivered to the winner. Participants’ names and other personal details from their entry to the Free Draw will be collected and stored by Create and held in accordance with its privacy policy in place from time to time (see https://createarts.org.uk/privacy-policy/)

13.2. By entering the Free Draw you agree that if you win you may be required to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the Free Draw, including photographs and video, and consent to such participation. We may also use your name and a shortened version of your address (for example, John Smith from London) for promotional purposes on our website and elsewhere.

13.3. Create’s decisions in relation to the winner of the Free Draw are final and Create will not enter into any further correspondence with participants.

13.4. The promoter of the Free Draw is Create (Arts) Limited, a company limited by guarantee and registered in England and Wales. Company registration 4728145, Charity registration 1099733. The Free Draw is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the Courts of England and Wales shall have sole jurisdiction over any dispute.
