Create is seeking freelance zine makers to join its freelance artist pool in/around London and in/around Greater Manchester/Merseyside, and deliver tailored zine-making projects with a range of disadvantaged or vulnerable participants.
The candidates will join us at an exciting time as we deliver our new five-year strategic plan, aiming to double our reach and impact by 2026.

The ideal candidate will be a practising professional artist with 3+ years’ experience in zine making and 3+ years’ experience of leading workshops with groups of disadvantaged or vulnerable participants. A passion for/commitment to the power of the creative arts to enhance the lives of children/adults who are disadvantaged and vulnerable is essential, plus excellent time management, communication and teamwork skills.
