Create is seeking a highly experienced, senior candidate for the post of Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive / Office Manager. This is an exciting time to join Create, which has ambitious growth plans, won ten prestigious awards in 2017 and was shortlisted for the Charity Times Charity of the Year Award in 2018. You will be highly organised, self-motivated and have outstanding communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information and a warm, friendly personality. You will provide executive support to the Chief Executive, manage the office and assist the Director of Finance & Operations with HR administration and office Health and Safety.

Salary

£28,000-£30,000 per annum dependent on experience (plus annual 7.5% loyalty scheme (terms & conditions apply)

Primary Objectives

To provide executive support to the Chief Executive and manage the smooth running of the office and its systems.
